We are fortunate to be living in an era of enormous medical advancements, but we also face a highly fragmented and siloed health care system that is not well suited to the episodic and long-term nature of serious, complex illness.
That’s why we must create a tipping point of change within each organization. We’ll do this through the enhancement of skills and innovative initiatives that will rapidly improve the quality of care provided to people living with serious illness. Meet the challenge!
Category 1: Clinical Training
One winning organization from each Tipping Point Challenge type will be announced. Winning organizations will:
- Recieve a substantial honorarium
- Receive a certificate of achievement for their team and for their C-suite leadership
- Be featured on the CAPC blog, and CAPC will promote their success within their institution, to the national press and to their local press
A winning individual from each competing Tipping Point Challenge type will:
- Be awarded a $100 gift certificate
Category 2: Innovation
Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards will be presented. Each winning organization will:
- Receive a substantial honorarium
- Receive a certificate of achievement for their team and for their C-suite leadership
- Be featured on the CAPC blog, and CAPC will promote their success within their institution, to the national press and to their local press
